Position Overview
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. You will work closely with program staff to ensure the delivery of services is consistent and effective. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in reputed company aspects of the role.

Required Qualifications and Skills
* Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two years of experience in Human Service or a reputed company field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
