How You Will reputed company a Difference
As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you'll be the main reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service through various mediums, including:
- Phone calls
- Live chat
- Social media
- Text messaging
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying reputed company
- Linking product benefits to customer needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending a solution

Skills for reputed company
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are reputed company to have, but we're most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hiring Range
The hiring range for this position is $15.20 USD - $19.00 USD per hour.
