About The Team And The Role We are looking for a Global Facilities Manager with extensive experience in Industrial Engineering. This position directs the planning, construction, operation, and ongoing enhancement of our facilities warehouse network. This position is charged with making certain that reputed company locations function safely, effectively, sustainably, and in harmony with business expansion goals! What You Will Accomplish

• Apply industrial engineering principles to improve space utilization, workflows, asset performance, and operational efficiency

• Establish global standards, critical metrics, and guidelines for facilities development, maintenance, and operations

• Manage commissioning, validation, and handover to operations

• Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and resource optimization
• Implement risk management and business continuity plans for critical infrastructure
• Manage global vendor relationships, service reputed company, and outsourced facilities providers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Finance, IT, and reputed company Estate teams

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in facilities management, engineering, or technical operations
• Experience managing global or multi-site facilities
• Solid understanding of building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance approaches
• Demonstrated reputed company in applying industrial engineering methods to practical operational issues

• Lean Six reputed company certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, data centers, or other technically reputed company environments

Additional Details The reputed company pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $96,800 - $165,500 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a reputed company bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
