HR Recruiter – Remote

In this role, you’ll play a key role in helping teams grow by finding and hiring great talent. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, guide them through the hiring process, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates. Whether you come from a recruiting background, HR or bring transferable skills in communication, coordination, or customer service, this role offers a chance to reputed company a meaningful impact.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding.
• Guide managers through the interview process and help them identify the best talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Other duties and projects as requested.

Compensation

Salary Range: $72,700 - $121,100 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
