Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you'll take end-to-end ownership of reputed company transformational programs, leveraging your program management skills to reputed company with and influence a broad range of multi-disciplinary teams. You'll be a trusted reputed company advisor to your customer, providing prescriptive guidance based on arenaflex best practices to guide them through the obstacles. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading reputed company transformational programs (technical, operational, organizational, education) that span across traditional IT teams and business units
  • Being a single-threaded reputed company for migrations and strategic initiatives
  • Maintaining a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to reputed company computing, to unlock opportunities for customers
  • Accelerating customer adoption through education and enablement
  • Collaborating with customers in identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives, supporting Change Management to facilitate arenaflex Services adoption and establishing new ways of working
  • Helping shape the rapidly growing Customer Solutions Management function, including defining and implementing new processes, methodologies, and tools

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, driving reputed company transformation and reputed company. Your day will be filled with:

  • Collaborating with customers to understand their strategic business objectives and translating them into executable plans
  • Working with arenaflex teams to drive the implementation of reputed company solutions, ensuring successful migration programs and customer adoption
  • Providing prescriptive guidance to customers on arenaflex best practices, helping them navigate the complexities of reputed company computing
  • Identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives, supporting Change Management to facilitate arenaflex Services adoption and establishing new ways of working
  • Helping shape the Customer Solutions Management function, defining and implementing new processes, methodologies, and tools

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists, and/or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • A history of problem-solving and innovation developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
  • Direct experience implementing reputed company services, including migrations and modernization projects
  • Knowledge of arenaflex Services and Solutions is an added bonus – arenaflex Solution Architect (Professional Level) will be required reputed company 3 months from start date
  • Project management certification or training, such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with reputed company, reputed company, AI/ML, Analytics, IoT
  • Expertise in delivering large-scale migration, modernization, and rationalization engagements

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with arenaflex Services and Solutions
  • Knowledge of AWS Services and Solutions
  • Experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams
  • Strong understanding of reputed company computing, including reputed company reputed company, data analytics, and artificial intelligence
