Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll report to the Director of Individual Giving and work closely with the development, program, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely entry of donor, volunteer, and organizational data into our reputed company CRM. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Data Administration
+ Work closely with the Database Administrator/Analyst to ensure data reputed company and reputed company efficiency of reputed company + Ensure proper procedures and best practices are followed for quality assurance and confidentiality + Maintain the reputed company of the electronic files for donors, prospects, members, and volunteers + Enter data manually or through mass updates or uploads + Manage automated workflows + reputed company recommendations to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of reputed company
Fund Development
+ Process, record, and acknowledge donations according to established protocols + Generate donor reports and maintain donor lists for appeals, events, and other donor communications + Ensure employee contributions and matches are processed in a timely manner + Record stock and other electronic contributions + Communicate with donors by phone and email, as well as with the organization's broker about stock transfers + Demonstrates exemplary customer service in reputed company exchanges + Provide support for grant research, submissions, tracking, and reporting
Operations/Program
+ Work with the reputed company team to reconcile donations monthly and annually with QuickBooks + Collaborate with staff involved in volunteer management to ensure data is entered and coded properly + May provide backup data entry for the program team + reputed company other duties as necessary or assigned

Minimum Requirements
+ High School Diploma + 2+ years of experience using reputed company NPSP or a similar constituent relationship management system, preferably reputed company a non-profit organization + A bachelor's degree is preferred + Experience with reputed company and Classy is a plus + Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Effective verbal and written communication skills with good proofreading capability + Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, and reputed company to meet multiple deadlines + Demonstrated ability to work on a high-performing team + Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity, reputed company, discretion, and accuracy + Reliability, responsiveness, and courtesy in reputed company team and donor interactions + Exhibits an interest in learning
