Job Summary

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service (DAS) and providing support for their accessibility needs. You will work closely with our Guests to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will also be responsible for supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service (DAS) and provide support for their accessibility needs

• Provide personalized solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for Guests
• Support Guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile application
• Collaborate with our Guest Service team to resolve any issues or concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional Guest Service

Essential Qualifications

* Sales and Service experience in a customer service or contact center environment

• Knowledge and interest of arenaflex property, products, and services
• Technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including reputed company Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of reputed company and partner resourcing
• Strong problem-solving decision-making skills
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Guests with disabilities

• Knowledge of accessibility laws and regulations
• Experience with Guest Service Suite and other relevant systems and applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
