Key Responsibilities

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:
