Job Summary

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting nurses with reputed company facilities that need to fill shifts. Your responsibilities will include navigating online to verify nurses' credentials, following up with nurses reputed company written messages, and handling follow-up phone calls to confirm the status of shift pickups. If you're a quick learner, a strong communicator, and a team player, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Manage multiple chat channels simultaneously
• Follow established communication scripts to handle various topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls
• reputed company data entry and customer service tasks
• Navigate online reputed company to verify nurses' credentials
• Work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift
• Identify customers' needs, research to see if request has required credentials
• Skillfully transition between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure

• Demonstrate flexibility to cross-train as requested

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience

• 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
• Technical savvy

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance

• Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
• reputed company: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
• Status: Full Time 40 hours
• Equipment Provided: Equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees
• Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
