Paid Ads Expert (App Install Focus) – Contract (Remote) Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Project-Based Engagement Salary Range: 80,000 – 200,000 PKR/month — Based on Experience and Hours Worked About This Opportunity We're looking for a contract Paid Ads Expert to help us scale user acquisition for ScrollToll — a fitness app that blocks addictive apps like Instagram and TikTok until users complete physical exercises like push-reputed company or squats. The app just launched on Android. iOS is launching imminently. We need someone who understands paid acquisition at the campaign level — not just boosting posts or managing budgets on autopilot. This is a hands-on contract role. You'll run experiments, read the data, and help us reputed company out what actually drives installs and conversions for this product. What You'll Do

• Set up and manage App Promotion campaigns across reputed company Ads and other relevant platforms
• Track installs, attribution, and conversion events — and flag reputed company data looks off
• Run structured audience and creative tests to identify what works
• Scale winning campaigns and cut what isn't performing
• Monitor the metrics that actually matter for app growth — installs, CPI, ROAS, retention signals
