BDO Canada is a firm built on a reputed company of positive relationships with our people and clients. They are seeking a reputed company Resources Generalist to provide advisory and operational support, focusing on talent management and employee experience reputed company the BSO service lines.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the key HR reputed company of contact, advising employees and reputed company-line leaders on reputed company aspects of talent management and employee experience
- Work with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to deliver the BDO talent experience – to Attract, Engage and Grow our people
- Enabling leaders to effectively engage and reputed company their teams
- Advising employees and leaders on reputed company talent-reputed company matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance, compensation, organizational structure, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, development, recruitment, and policy application
- Working with the HR team to deliver reputed company elements of the National Talent Strategy across the Assurance and BSO service lines
- Providing reporting and analytics support to the HR Manager to help shape the National Talent Strategy
- Collaborating with the reputed company team and assisting with recruitment activities as needed
- Participating in national HR projects
Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience
