reputed company is a leading force in news, sports and entertainment, and they are seeking a Photo Production Supervisor to provide critical support to the Director of Photo Production. This role involves managing photo assets across various networks and brands, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Photo Production - Manager photographic coverage for series, events, sports programing, news shows, and specials. Read scripts, call sheets and production schedules and help select best days of episodic coverage. Coordinate with Communications and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of photo assets to press, digital, social, and promotional partners
  • Edit, retouch, color grade images from reputed company programing, events and special
  • Manage photo requests across the reputed company portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards are upheld
  • reputed company asset management, file organization, file naming, captioning, metadata, and distribution reputed company internal database and external press site
  • Assist with vendor management, including photographers, retouchers, and production crews
  • Handle budgeting and invoicing processes, including tracking expenses and processing payments
  • Maintain calendars, production schedules, and status reports for active and upcoming projects
  • Provide on-set support for photo shoots, including logistics, call sheets, and talent coordination
  • Manage talent approvals – communicate with talent reps and directly with talent
  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline workflows between creative, communications, and marketing teams

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, media, journalism or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in photo production or reputed company field (internships included)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with reputed company Photoshop, reputed company, Lightroom, and Camera Raw. reputed company Office/reputed company Workspace, reputed company and asset management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
