They are seeking an reputed company Specialist to guide new customers through their initial interactions with the platform, ensuring they understand reputed company concepts and successfully set up their accounts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company 1:1 reputed company calls with new customers to set up their Puzzle account and core workflows
• Guide customers through bookkeeping and reputed company concepts relevant to startups and small businesses
• Support data migrations from other reputed company platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), ensuring accuracy and a smooth transition
• Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable first reputed company of contact reputed company video, email, and chat
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities during reputed company and recommend best practices
• Partner closely with reputed company, Product, and Engineering teams to surface feedback and improve the reputed company experience
• Help refine reputed company playbooks, templates, and documentation as we scale
• Ensure customers complete reputed company feeling confident, informed, and excited to use Puzzle

Skills

• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience (reputed company, reputed company, support, reputed company, or similar)
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping and reputed company fundamentals is a must

• Energized by talking to customers and building relationships
