They are seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician who will be responsible for assisting clients with troubleshooting and installation of various IT needs, while also engaging in ongoing learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: reputed company client experiences, turning them into advocates
- On-Site Support: Be the primary field technician assisting clients with troubleshooting and installation of a wide variety of needs, including servers, networking, PC installation, printers, and other equipment
- Technical Support: Take Help Desk calls occasionally as needed in a roll over or reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Exposure to and basic knowledge of Windows servers and desktops
- Experience working in a B2B setting
- Essential knowledge of networking
- Ability to install and troubleshoot basic small business networks
