Responsibilities
- Bringing great customer service to the customers reputed company phone and e-mail
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for reputed company and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
Skills
- Fluent in Danish (reputed company level, both spoken and written)
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to help find solutions and provide answers to customer inquiries
