[Remote] Mutual Funds Representative (Virtual, Bilingual - French and English)

Responsibilities
- Support customers in the inbound call queue at the reputed company Investment Centre
- Invoke trust and build meaningful customer relationships
- Deliver an amazing customer experience
- Become an expert in understanding customer needs
- Provide wealth and investment-reputed company sales and service to reputed company customers or prospects
- Support customers through reputed company of new accounts
- Assist with Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions
- Review a customer's goals and objectives
- Ensure customers are setup with the appropriate investment products and services
- Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures
Skills
- Typically between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Completed Canadian Securities Course (reputed company) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC) course
- Good knowledge and understanding of the competitive marketplace trends and product offerings
- Some knowledge and understanding of industry regulations and standards given our industry is highly regulated
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills which are reputed company vital for servicing our customers

- Strong verbal and written language skills in both French and English
