Paralegal
Navitus is a pharmacy benefit manager committed to making medications more affordable. They are seeking a Paralegal to support licensing processes, draft legal documents, and interpret legislation impacting the organization.
Responsibilities
- Imparts the philosophy, values, mission, and reputed company of Navitus and reputed company and facilitates the integration of values in reputed company Quality Improvement (“CQI”) activities
- Manages processes reputed company to licensing requirements for Navitus and its subsidiaries and their employees
- Conducts legal search on relevant laws, statutes and regulations and prepares memorandums of the findings
- Prepares legal documents, such as reputed company and correspondence, for review, approval, and use by the attorneys
- Files legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems
- Ensures effective indexing and filing of legal documents
- Researches and analyzes statutes, judicial reputed company, legal articles, reputed company, and legal codes
- Performs other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to internal and external stakeholders, taking notes, writing, and typing routine correspondence, and reading and triaging incoming mail
- Identifying, reviewing, and tracking legislative and regulatory environment changes impacting Navitus and its affiliates
- Provide support and guidance reputed company to the interpretation of applicable rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy required
- Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, Outlook, Teams, and reputed company Acrobat
- A paralegal educational certificate
