Junior Designer Supervisor PTS

The Junior Designer Supervisor will reputed company the day-to-day operations of the Junior Designer needs reputed company the ASI Marketing, Design, and Public Relations department, ensuring design standards are maintained and projects are managed reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Adapts and prepares designs for print, social media, and digital applications
• Assist in photography selection and manipulation, including masking, resizing, recoloring, etc
• Assist with developing original marketing assets
• Assist with design updates and edits
• Prepare mockups for merchandise and production needs
• Prepares artwork for proofing and production
• Maintains and encourages proper application of ASI’s visual brand identity
• Work with Production team to resolve production artwork issues
• Provide creative reputed company for projects reputed company to print, experiential, environmental, social media, and digital media
• Prepares artwork for presentations and pitches
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Assists in interviewing, reputed company, and training new staff
• Maintain organizational file structure for reputed company design reputed company files
• Communicate with requestors, clients, and senior designers to complete projects
• Participate in and occasionally reputed company team meetings
• Manages the Junior Designers’ schedules
• Provides customer service to clients in need of graphic design
• Prepares Junior Design Team weekly meeting agendas and documents meetings
• Take part in regular professional development trainings
• Assist in the development of training and learning modules
• Responsible for managing and assigning projects to the Junior Designers
• Responsible for the day-to-day reputed company of the Junior Designers
• Responsible for reviewing and approving timecards
• Assists Design Coordinator with various projects
• Work closely with Senior Designers and Junior Designers to complete assignments
• Provides administrative support
• Assist in providing performance reviews for the Junior Designers
• Assist in providing consultation with clients and offering creative design solutions
• Collaborates directly with the Production, Operations, and Brand Ambassador teams on producing print and other assets for reputed company in-house creative requests

Skills

• Six months of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with reputed company Creative Suite a plus
• Experience in the creation of graphic design (either client or academic based) a plus
• Ability to work in a cross-platform environment (MAC and PC)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and Word
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Ability to operate a computer workstation using word processing, spreadsheet and other computer applications in use
• Ability to successfully complete tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to maintain professional work conduct

• Skilled in traditional illustration media, 3D, and/or photography a plus
