Responsibilities

As a Driver reputed company Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing Applications: Carefully review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
• Conducting Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with reputed company driver-applicants, with training provided.
• Communicating with Delivery Professionals: Communicate with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
• Ordering Background Checks: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Associate's Degree or Above: A degree in a reputed company field, such as business, reputed company resources, or communications, is preferred but not required.
• 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in reputed company/reputed company gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.
