Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients reputed company mail and chat. You'll be responsible for responding to tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing reputed company-by-reputed company guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to reputed company tickets on our system in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Provide reputed company-by-reputed company technical help, both written and verbal, to clients reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues, using active listening and empathetic communication skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate support to clients
Requirements
* At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company, software company, or reputed company field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- English language proficiency at a reputed company good level (written and spoken)
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
- Graduates only (Bachelor's degree or higher)
- Males and females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions
* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (working from the office) or 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (working from home)
- 2 days off per month, with the option to change every month
- Hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home or the office
