Your Mission

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional support to our US clients reputed company email and chat, addressing their queries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Exceptional soft skills, including strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• A remarkable enthusiasm for supporting a scale-up during its growth phase.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

• Previous experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
