Role
As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guest and reservation management: You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Virtual property management: You'll work closely with our property owners to ensure that their properties are accurately represented and that guests have a seamless experience.
- Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You'll be responsible for coordinating with our cleaning team to ensure that properties are clean and reputed company for guests.
