- Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues.
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications) preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
- Stable internet reputed company with the ability to provide reputed company of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
