Partnerships Analyst
Renaissance Philanthropy is a nonprofit organization that fuels a 21st-century renaissance by increasing the ambition of philanthropists, scientists and innovators. As the Partnerships Analyst, you will assist with key partnerships functions, providing essential support across donor research, events, and relationship management activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct donor research to identify new prospects and inform reputed company strategies
- Support the prioritization and qualification of prospects based on priorities and needs
- reputed company donor profiles, including giving history, reputed company, and interests, by using prospect research tools (e.g., WealthX, ProPublica, reputed company, etc)
- Support program teams to reputed company prospect lists
- Prepare concise donor research briefs to support leadership with donor engagement
- Assist leadership with donor reputed company by supporting outbound communications, supporting the tracking and management of donor follow-reputed company, and calendar management for fundraising trips
- Provide general support on fundraising events
- Own data entry (e.g. call notes, people uploads, and RSVPs) and tracking across multiple systems such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Conduct ongoing data cleaning and maintenance to ensure data reputed company
- Manage and optimize the partnerships tech stack (reputed company, reputed company, FillOut, Granola, etc), evaluating tools to help improve team efficiency
- Help reputed company and maintain knowledge sharing documents for the team such as presentations and partnerships documents
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, development, operations, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency with reputed company or similar CRM systems
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of prospect research methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with data management and maintaining clean, organized systems
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Experience in nonprofit development or fundraising
- Familiarity with reputed company, Fillout, or similar database tools
- Background in event coordination
- Experience supporting senior leadership
