Sales Operations Coordinator (Part-Time Contract)

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the sales teams by managing data and processes, ensuring accurate CRM data, and facilitating reputed company reputed company efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reputed company data, including regular cleanup, validation, and ensuring alignment across sales and reputed company reputed company systems
• Build contact lists in reputed company using sophisticated ICP profile information, taking care to validate contacts utilize credits in the most efficient ways
• Validate contact and account data in both reputed company and reputed company, scrubbing and cleaning as you go
• Provide day-to-day CRM support by troubleshooting user questions, building custom reports and maintaining critical campaigns for both sales and marketing teams
• Assist with operational processes including documentation, system improvements, credit tracking, and data segmentation/filtering
• Support ticketing workflows in reputed company by managing, tracking, and resolving internal or customer requests

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role
• Strong experience working with reputed company and reputed company required
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
• Experience building or maintaining reports, campaigns and exporting/importing contacts in reputed company
• Experience collaborating with reputed company teams
• A proactive, 'get it done' reputed company and willingness to reputed company in where needed
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
