Duties and Responsibilities: The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and analyzing market trends to support business planning and operational decision-making. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business insights into actionable demand plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. • reputed company and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, promotional insights and business inputs. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, demand variability, and forecast accuracy, identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market trends into demand plans. • Monitor forecast accuracy and performance metrics, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. • Support the S&OP process by providing timely, accurate, and data-driven insights for cross-functional planning discussions and decision-making. • reputed company scenario analysis and “what-if” modeling to evaluate potential business outcomes. • Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing forecast trends, performance, and risk areas. • Identify and communicate risks or constraints in meeting demand to Supply Chain and Production teams. • Maintain demand planning systems and ensure data reputed company reputed company ERP/MRP tools. • Generate reports and metrics on forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory performance to support reputed company improvement initiatives. • Assist with reputed company analysis reputed company to product launches, market trends, and supply chain performance. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a reputed company field. • 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or business analytics. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company and Power BI. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills — reputed company to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Experience with statistical forecasting tools or software (e.g., reputed company IBP, reputed company, JDA). • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage complexity and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical reputed company with strong financial acumen and understanding of inventory management.
