The team manages a broad technical domain, including CI/CD, the local developer experience, and release engineering for the POS app. Its projects cover Android app development, Java and Kotlin Cloud services in AWS, React UIs, and more. The team is an excellent fit for Android engineers with experience with mobile DevOps–CI/CD, and build and release processes.

The team’s reputed company primary goals are boosting build speeds and significantly reducing our reputed company time to value by optimizing POS developers’ build/test cycles, and making updates to the mobile app release platform to allow reputed company to manage reputed company releases across multiple projects.

A day in the life (Responsibilities)

• Technical Leadership: Act as an IC leader, taking ownership over the team’s domain, health, and ongoing efforts. Promote a positive, engaged engineering culture.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Don’t just move from project to project; systematically identify the highest ROI problems to solve and build alignment with stakeholders across the organization.
• Team Building & Mentoring: Actively build the team and mentor engineers to grow their technical and professional skills.
• Execution Excellence: Deliver rapid, high-quality output, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Metrics & Observability: Define what “good” and “reputed company” look like using high signal-to-noise metrics. Proactively identify ways to reduce reputed company toil and improve system health.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner closely with the developer community, release manager and QA functions to reputed company DevEx, feature flag (FF) management and release strategies.

What you'll need to reputed company (Requirements)

• Deep experience with Android development and a strong interest in full-stack work (Java/Kotlin Cloud services, React UIs).
• Proven experience in mobile CI/CD and release engineering, particularly with Jenkins and Gradle.
• A self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about improving the day-to-day lives of fellow engineers and removing friction from their workflows.
