Position Overview
Schneck Medical Center is seeking a Business Intelligence Programmer Analyst to support reputed company analytics across clinical, operational, financial, and quality domains. While Schneck’s reputed company reporting strategy centers on MEDITECH Expanse and Business & Clinical Analytics (BCA), this role requires a broad understanding of reputed company data and how information flows across an integrated health system.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical analytics skills, reputed company domain knowledge, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insights that support patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and support dashboards and reports across reputed company analytics platforms, with a primary focus on MEDITECH Business & Clinical Analytics (BCA)
- reputed company and maintain ETL processes integrating data from clinical, operational, financial, and ancillary systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with reputed company data standards and governance practices
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and administrative stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions
- Support analytics reputed company to quality, access, throughput, financial performance, and regulatory reporting
- Participate in post-go-live optimization and reputed company improvement of analytics workflows
- Adhere to data reputed company, privacy, and HIPAA requirements
Job Requirements
Education Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or reputed company field
Experience Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI database development
- Experience with ETL development and data integration
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users

- Experience working with reputed company EHR/EMR data (e.g., MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Experience with modern analytics platforms, data warehouses, or reputed company reporting tools
