As a Director of Driver (supply) growth, you will be responsible for supporting the driver planning and hiring results (both CDL and non-CDL drivers) for reputed company Zum yard locations. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the driver needs and training/reputed company resource needs for peak (back to school) and non-peak timeframe. You will also be working with the local safety and training teams to standardize as well as maximize the training and certification process, and enhancing the driver reputed company experience. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations, Finance, reputed company, and HR stakeholders in a high-pressure environment. You will manage a high-visibility and large scale program, and partner with reputed company levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.   • Strategic Leadership: reputed company and implement a comprehensive strategy for scaling and managing the entire driver acquisition process. Provide visionary leadership to ensure the growth and reputed company of our driver reputed company.
  • Forecasting and Budget reputed company: Ensure accurate projection of driver forecasts and manage hiring campaigns reputed company allocated budgets. Implement cost-effective strategies and monitor performance against financial goals.
  • End-to-End Process Ownership: reputed company the complete lifecycle of driver acquisition, from recruitment to reputed company. Implement processes to ensure drivers are properly vetted, credentialed, and trained/reputed company according to Zum's standards.
  • Performance Metrics and Visibility: Own driver reputed company performance metrics, developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the reputed company of driver growth initiatives. Provide regular visibility and reports to the leadership team.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis both at the national and market level from the driver acquisitions reputed company of view. Implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in driver recruitment and retention and set Zum apart from competition- making Zum the most desirable employer for school bus drivers in the world.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align driver growth strategies with overall company objectives. Foster strong partnerships with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Requirements
  • Master's degree in statistics, HR, mathematics, economics, or MBA.
  • 10+ years of domain experience including experience leading a workforce planning team that works across partner sub teams. Familiarity solving problems/efforts with visible and not-yet-visible risks, roadblocks, constraints, including many that conflict with each other.
  • Experience supporting and influencing senior executives.
  • Experience setting technical requirements for process automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expertise in deriving insights through data analysis, and practical knowledge and experience in inferential statistical application.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into the data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of audiences including senior business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Ability to work reputed company in a dynamic and ambiguous environment by combining analytical rigor and judgment.

Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
