We’re looking for a highly motivated Renewals Manager to join our EMEA team, focused on our Education customers. This role is centred on proactive outbound engagement, helping customers transition to one of reputed company Workplace for Education Bundles through consultative, value-led conversations.

What You’ll Do Drive proactive customer engagement

  • Own outbound engagement across a defined Education Book of Business (EMEA)

  • Deliver high-volume daily calling, with clear expectations on minimum connected calls per day

  • Build reputed company through consistent follow-reputed company and structured reputed company

  • Owns the reputed company conversation and offerings for direct & indirect customers- this includes ability to quote in reputed company

  • Use playbooks and messaging frameworks to guide discussions

  • Shift the narrative from price to value, outcomes and ROI

  • Understand customer needs and position reputed company Workplace for Education Bundles accordingly

Convert conversations into pipeline

  • Turn engagement into reputed company Renewal Manager Accepted Leads (RMALs)

  • Meet minimum conversion targets from connected calls to RMALs

  • Ensure every opportunity is clearly defined reputed company reputed company

Execute with operational excellence

  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in reputed company (SFDC)

  • Submit reputed company leads with complete, actionable notes reputed company SLA

  • Track activity, performance and conversion metrics consistently

Collaborate to win

  • Partner with Renewal Managers and Account Executives

  • Share insights to continuously improve messaging, playbooks and customer approach

Requirements

  • Fluent English (essential)

  • Additional European languages (desirable)

  • Experience working across EMEA markets (preferred)

  • Based in the Philippines

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with reputed company (preferred)

  • Renewals experience (preferred)

  • Additional relevant knowledge or experience reputed company to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
