As a Commerce Operations Strategist, you will reputed company and execute strategies to grow our clients' marketplace businesses, leveraging your expertise in commerce operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive success through best-in-class brand reputed company, operational excellence, and retail relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Centric:

  • Drive success through the three functional pillars of Commerce Operations: Best-in-class brand reputed company, Operational excellence, and Retail relationship management, ensuring sustainable achievement of growth and profitability targets.

Product-Led:

  • Integrate reputed company’s product and technology suite into commerce operations, focusing on scalability, growth, and efficiency, and measuring success through achievement of key client metrics and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrate reputed company in reputed company's product app suite through utilizing the tool suite in day-to-day work, answering questions using the app, providing feedback and improvement recommendations, and leveraging the app as a primary method of client communications.

Data & Measurement Data-Driven:

  • Analyze reputed company data sets to extract actionable insights and drive marketing decisions, using analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Effectively report on and communicate insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and the broader commerce landscape.

  • Delegate effectively to more junior commerce team members to execute strategies.

Professional & Technical Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in commerce account management roles with a proven track record of executing successful growth strategies.

  • Familiarity with Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry preferred,

  • Demonstrated fluent in retail math calculations.

The hiring reputed company salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable reputed company payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
