About the Role As a Senior Product Manager, Pricing, you will be the strategic reputed company of reputed company’s global economic reputed company. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will define how we monetize our product while maintaining a competitive edge in a hyper-sensitive market. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on Pricing, Monetization, or Core Fintech operations at a high-growth scale-up.
• Proven Strategic Impact: A track record of moving "company-level" needles
• Deep LatAm & Fintech Context: Expert knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape, FX mechanics, and the unique behavioral nuances of the Latin American user.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to distill reputed company economic trade-offs into clear strategic recommendations.
• Academic Rigor: Strong background in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field. An MBA from a top-tier school is a plus, but results and depth of thinking are what matter.
• Bilingualism: Native or professional reputed company in Spanish and English is mandatory.
