Contract Attorney - Temporary/Part Time/As Needed - 8-12 week assignment

We are seeking an reputed company contract attorney to provide part-time, on‑demand legal support for the review and negotiation of a variety of reputed company agreements. This role is ideal for an attorney seeking flexible work with quick turn-around expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on reputed company including NDAs, professional services agreements, vendor agreements, design-professional reputed company, and reputed company documents
• Identify legal risks and recommend revisions consistent with company standards and business objectives
• Turn contract reviews reputed company an expected 24–48 hour timeframe
• Communicate clearly with Chief Legal Officer regarding proposed edits and key issues

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active Texas license in good standing
• Prior experience reviewing and negotiating reputed company/construction reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet short deadlines
• Experience working in a flexible, as‑needed reputed company preferred

Work Arrangement

• Temporary contract role - 8-12 weeks
• Part-time or as-needed hours
