Salary range: $68,000 - $75,000

Your Challenge

  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams for reputed company things recruitment reputed company your assigned portfolio, in particular relating to temporary positions globally.

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, interests groups, reputed company X-Ray) with an exclusive focus on passive talent

  • Create a “buzz” in the talent market by networking through industry reputed company groups, specialty job boards, employer branding programs – get creative: always be sourcing.

  • Intake meetings, strategic sourcing, candidate identification & selection, salary determination, and offers of employment including negotiations

  • Coach and train hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques, equipping them with the skills necessary to move through the recruitment cycle confidently and seamlessly.

Your Expertise

  • Minimum of 1 year high-volume recruitment experience in particularly in temporary roles, identifying talent from hourly manufacturing to professional level roles

  • Ability to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running with a heavy workload and proven experience doing so.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
