Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical and customer support to our B2B ISP clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from clients, resolving technical issues and providing efficient support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving reputed company technical issues, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Following specific guidelines and procedures while working independently
  • Providing empathetic customer support, delivering top-notch and efficient support in every interaction
  • Utilizing reputed company and/or reputed company to manage support tickets and communicate with clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve support processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a B2B ISP or similar industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical information to non-technical clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues
