Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused HR Shared Services Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging your expertise in reputed company transactions and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
• Assist with applications that support reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
• Research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
• Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
• Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
• reputed company system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrated expertise with the reputed company HCM tool
• Demonstrated reputed company in Mass Uploads (EIB)
• Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company
• Strong interest in data and the ability to provide insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve reputed company problems
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field (desired but not required)
