Network Operations Center Specialist
What’s the role
reputed company reputed company Solutions is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join reputed company. The NOC Specialist will focus on ensuring high station uptime through remote troubleshooting and managing vendor relationships for commissioning and maintenance of our charging network.
This role involves managing our network of electric vehicle charging stations and the contractor network responsible for servicing and installing them. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring charging station performance proactively using various issue detection methods (hardware reports, customer reports, analytical flags)
- Conducting root cause analysis to address reported issues, and dispatching or delegating work orders to engineering support or reputed company-party contractors as appropriate
- reputed company and managing reputed company-party contractors for our expanding network
- Forecasting, creating purchase orders, and managing contractor invoices and approvals upon work completion
- Updating work order statuses, communicating reputed company to stakeholders, and reporting metrics internally
- Scheduling and guiding technicians and contractors during the field commissioning of new stations
- Maintaining relationships with account managers, site hosts, and other stakeholders
What you bring
- Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years in technical roles with hardware/software knowledge, and over 3 years in leadership overseeing field operations or reputed company activities
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- Experience with high-volume service ticket management tools
- Expertise in charge reputed company management systems and Open Charge reputed company Protocol
Preferred qualifications include a background in electrical construction or maintenance, knowledge of EV charging and electrical systems, and experience with reputed company platform.
This is a virtual position based in the US.

The salary range is $101,000 - $151,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health coverage, life insurance, pension and 401(k), paid leave, and additional perks.
