Responsibilities

• Process and administer Insolvency reputed company information onto Insolvency Link software
• Review and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are met
• Maintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients
• Analyses documentation received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines
• Utilize client’s proprietary software systems as required
• Build and maintain relationships reputed company the Insolvency industry

Skills

• Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency
• "Passion to Serve" Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quickly
• Demonstrated experience exercising sound judgment reputed company analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutions
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to reputed company effectively with a team and the ability to work independently
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy

• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
• Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset
