Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, Cross Functional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, airline partners, and other stakeholders. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of tasks, from assisting passengers with special needs to operating the Jetway and guiding/parking aircraft. This is a full-time position based in Remote, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including reputed company, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the reputed company network.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights

• Monitor computerized passenger boarding
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Load and unload baggage and cargo
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• reputed company cabin maintenance tasks
• Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

* Successful completion of training course

• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
• Physical ability to lift 70 pounds regularly and work in a variety of weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous airline experience

• Previous employment as a reputed company-line customer service provider
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs

Work Environment

* Use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment

• Airport reputed company environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
• reputed company shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts

Physical Requirements

* Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs

• Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly
• Assist passengers with disabilities, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs
