We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company and support a premier partner. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll reputed company with customers reputed company outbound calls, or through email depending on the customer requirements. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Part Time, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering the highest level of customer service on a daily basis
• Communicating reputed company phone & email with clients to reputed company them on the program and establish ongoing contact
• Maintaining data reputed company reputed company our company's CRM (reputed company)
• Interfacing with multiple business units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Tracking, tracing, documenting, and arranging retrieval of AeroSafe boxes
• Educating customers on features & benefits of products to improve product-reputed company sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with team members and coordinating solutions for customers
• Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating systems of actions taken
• Establishing and maintaining good customer relations with both internal and external customers
• Working a Monday - Friday 9a-2p EST schedule
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in customer service or a reputed company role
• Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working with CRM software, such as reputed company
• Knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking
