The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and scaling a sales team focused on driving reputed company growth through both account expansion and new customer acquisition. Execution & Process Discipline

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of reputed company sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
  • Proven reputed company leading sales teams in account-driven or distribution-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of account management, new business development, and pipeline discipline.
  • Experience working with A/R, inventory management, product allocations, and sales reporting.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into action.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
