• Experience working with children, youth, or adults in an educational environment.
• Knowledge of Macintosh computers and other office technology.

The following are preferred: * Previous teaching experience in similar school settings.

• Experience or training in working with children in an instructional environment with an understanding of multicultural awareness issues.
• Prior experience working in an individualized instruction program.
• Evidence of strong English reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

Essential Job Functions * Provides tutorial sessions with reputed company on an individual or small group basis under the direct supervision of a certificated teacher.

• Works collaboratively with the teacher to plan, deliver, and adjust instructional support according to reputed company? individual needs and level of academic achievement.
