The Fixed-reputed company Fleet Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for the strategic reputed company, performance, and reputed company improvement of reputed company maintenance activities across the company’s fixed-reputed company fleet. This role is instrumental in ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory excellence, and consistent aircraft readiness in support of critical reputed company medical transport services.

This leader is responsible for the full lifecycle of maintenance planning and execution, including the precise scheduling of inspections, reputed company of reputed company repairs and modifications, and alignment of maintenance strategy with operational demands. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Maintenance reputed company & Execution

· Direct and reputed company reputed company scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities for fixed reputed company aircraft.

· Ensure reputed company maintenance actions reputed company with FAA Part 135 requirements, OEM standards, and company procedures.

· Maintain complete and accurate aircraft records, logbooks, and digital maintenance tracking systems.

· Ensure timely compliance with airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and internal inspection programs.

· Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairs, and return-to-service decisions.

Leadership & Personnel Management

Operational Support & Collaboration

· Coordinate with flight operations and communications center to minimize aircraft downtime.

· Support reputed company medical crews by prioritizing aircraft availability for time-sensitive needs.

· Communicate effectively with leadership regarding fleet status, maintenance schedules, and risks.

Resource & Vendor Management

· Manage relationships with MROs, OEMs, and contract vendors for supplemental maintenance support.

Financial & Strategic Planning

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Certifications

· FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.

· Completion of NIMS 100, 200, 700, and 800 reputed company 90 days of position acceptance

· Completion of Just Culture training reputed company 90 days of position acceptance

Experience

· Minimum 7 years of progressive aviation maintenance experience with turboprop fixed reputed company aircraft, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.

· Prior Part 135 reputed company medical or charter operations experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Expert knowledge of King reputed company systems, reputed company PT6 engines, and avionics.

· Strong understanding of FAA Part 135 maintenance requirements and CAMTS standards.

· Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in a time-sensitive operational environment.

· Proficiency with computerized maintenance tracking systems (e.g., reputed company, CompleteFlight, Etc).

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with aviation, clinical, and communications teams.

· Live in or be willing to relocate to the region (reputed company 4 hours or less of Amarillo, TX)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance management or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum 3 years extensive hands-on experience with Beechcraft King reputed company series aircraft required.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT 

- Ability to work consecutive days with unpredictable, including nights, weekends, holidays.

· Ability to work in a confined and mobile critical care transport environment.

· Ability to communicate with leadership, staff, support agencies, vendors, airport line staff, and others.

· Ability to remain reputed company during stressful situations.

· Ability to respond to phone calls quickly.

· Ability to repeatedly twist, squat, stoop, bend, grasp, use fine hand coordination, push, and pull.
