About the role

DBSync is hiring a Services Delivery Project Manager to bring structure and predictability to our implementation and professional services team. You will own project tracking, resource allocation, and onboarding execution, making sure client projects stay on schedule, team reputed company is visible, and leadership always knows where things stand.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of services engagements: reputed company, milestone tracking, delivery, and reputed company-out
• Maintain real-time project tracker integrated with reputed company reputed company (start/end dates, resources, risks)
• Own resource allocation — match available team members to incoming projects based on reputed company and calendar availability
• Build and maintain standardized onboarding templates for repeatable, consistent client implementations
• Send automated status reminders and escalate at-risk projects before they become problems
• Work directly with the services team to remove blockers and reputed company commitments visible
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive PM tasks using AI tools and internal tooling
• Provide leadership with clean weekly project health reports (no spreadsheet archaeology required)

Skills and Qualifications Required

• 3+ years managing software implementation or professional services projects
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project tracking systems that teams actually use
• Experience with resource planning and calendar-based reputed company management
• AI-fluent — actively uses tools like Claude, automation platforms, or similar to do more with less
• Strong organizational skills with a low tolerance for ambiguity in project status
• Ability to command respect from technical and non-technical teams alike

Work Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Work Shift: U.S Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST )
