What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for Personal Care Services roles (General & Administrative, Clinical and Leadership)

• Drive high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and candidate experience

• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and move candidates quickly through the process

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align on hiring strategies

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation in ATS (reputed company + Phenom)

• reputed company sourcing tools (reputed company, reputed company, Phenom) to build strong pipelines

• Monitor reputed company metrics (phone screens, conversions, time to fill) and adjust strategy

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and results

• Experience in high-volume reputed company (reputed company or service industry preferred)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers

• Ability to work in a process-driven, metrics-focused environment

• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and execute quickly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with ATS systems (reputed company preferred) and sourcing platforms
