Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Strategic Account Manager to join reputed company at Young Innovations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong, long lasting relationships with key clients and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high value dental accounts, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and strategic initiatives.

Who you’ll work with

  • This role reports to the Country Manager with a team of Strategic Account Managers

What You’ll Do

  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key distributor partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
    • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for high-reputed company accounts, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • reputed company customized account strategies to drive sales, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall account performance
    • Work closely with distributors to understand their business needs and align our products and services to meet those needs
  • Sales Growth & Retention
    • reputed company efforts to expand business with existing clients through upselling, cross selling, and identifying opportunities for new product introductions
    • Ensure that clients reputed company maximum value from our dental products and services, enhancing retention and satisfaction
  • Client Consultation & Education
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to dental practices, clinics, and other key accounts by providing expert guidance on dental products, industry trends, and best practices
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    • Partner with sales, marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
    • Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and training initiatives
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales growth, and strategic objectives. Use data to drive improvements and recommend solutions for distributor reputed company
  • Contract Negotiation & Renewals
    • Manage contract negotiations and renewals for strategic accounts (mid size groups), ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
