Key Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting reputed company-time investigations to locate customer orders and resolve delivery issues
- Contacting customers reputed company phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
- Acting as an reputed company between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery reputed company required

Essential Qualifications:
