Job Description

We are seeking an reputed company Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, reputed company growth, and brand loyalty through our online chat channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat marketing initiatives

Your Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a bonus of $5,000 - $10,000, based on individual and team performance. We also provide relocation assistance to support your transition to reputed company.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Online Chat Marketing Specialist with the following qualifications:

• 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
• Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
• Bachelor's degree in eCommerce or Web Marketing, with an MBA an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and drive insights-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
