The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support, resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to reputed company manage customer interactions
- Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients
- Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service

Experience Required:

- 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience (Contact Center or Retail)

- Proficiency with computers, especially our CRM and tools
- Proficiency with computer systems, including basic troubleshooting and multiple platforms/operating systems
- Knowledge of iCasino and Online Sports Betting a plus
