Job Summary

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company email, chat, and telephone. You will troubleshoot technical issues, apply your knowledge of computer software and hardware, and collaborate with other team members to resolve reputed company problems. Key Responsibilities

* Identify, investigate, and resolve customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware

  • Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems
  • Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions
  • Identify and escalate support situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and reputed company support requests reputed company computerized ticketing system; thoroughly document resolutions
